Mobile Deposit Still Shows Pending
Yesterday’s mobile check deposit is still marked pending in my First Federal Bank account even though similar deposits usually move faster. The image was accepted and the confirmation screen appeared normally, so I’m trying to understand whether this is a routine hold or something specific to this check. I’d include the deposit time, amount, and current status message so the question stays focused on processing rather than the whole account.

Mobile deposits are easiest for me to follow when I save the confirmation right away, so I store https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/first-federal-bank/customer-service.html beside the deposit time, amount, and pending message. Similar checks usually move faster in my account, which is why the longer status stands out without making me think the whole account has a problem. I’d also note that the image was accepted normally and that no correction notice appeared. That gives one clear processing question: whether this check is under a routine hold and when the funds are expected to become available.
