What is an Employee Resource Group (ERG)?
ERG’s are voluntary / employee-led, focused on underrepresented groups* and/or people who share a common purpose or background.
ERG’s at Logitech support learning and development, foster community internally and externally and contribute to Logitech's inclusive culture.
* e.g. gender equality, disabilities, race / ethnicity, age, generations, sexual orientation, social economic background, etc

LogiCares
Empowered to Give, United to Serve
LogiCares is our volunteer and giving program, and it’s all about enabling employees to make a difference in the world. Through the LogiCares program, you can donate to causes you care about, and Logitech will match eligible donations - up to $500 per year. You can also participate in group volunteer activities with colleagues from across the company.
Across the globe—from San Jose to Hsinchu, Malmö to Mexico City—Logitech employees stepped up, showed up, and gave back.
