At Logitech, we believe that building a meaningful career goes hand in hand with being part of a vibrant, inclusive, and purpose-driven community. Our culture is shaped by the diverse people who work here - their passions, perspectives, and desire to make a positive impact. Whether it’s through our numerous Employee Resource Groups, community giving programs like Logi Cares, or simply the way we support one another every day, we aim to create an environment where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive - at work and beyond.

What is an Employee Resource Group (ERG)?

ERG’s are voluntary / employee-led, focused on underrepresented groups* and/or people who share a common purpose or background.

ERG’s at Logitech support learning and development, foster community internally and externally and contribute to Logitech's inclusive culture.

* e.g. gender equality, disabilities, race / ethnicity, age, generations, sexual orientation, social economic background, etc

What Our Employees Say

James Hou
From intern to senior manager, my journey at Logitech has been fueled by trust, collaboration, and the freedom to grow”
"My journey at Logitech began in 2013 as an intern. After graduating in 2015, I rejoined the company and progressed through roles such as senior developer, technical lead, and now senior manager of application development. Logitech’s culture of humility and ambition has been instrumental to my growth. Expressing ideas while understanding others’ perspectives is encouraged, and trust is earned through commitment, opening up new opportunities. Working on critical projects has significantly expanded my skills and experience. Collaboration is a defining part of Logitech’s culture. Each team member embraces ownership and responsibility, allowing us to overcome challenges and achieve milestones together. A key lesson I’ve learned is the value of openness and teamwork, both internally and externally. To newcomers, I’d recommend embracing the guidance-driven environment—it fosters independent thinking and growth. Recognizing the impact of your work is truly motivating and continues to drive my excitement to contribute to Logitech."

At Logitech, no role is too small and no ambition is too big—your growth is supported every step of the way.
"Welcome to Logitech! There are so many opportunities for you here, and I hope that my experience will inspire you to take full advantage of them. I started at Logitech as a Marketing Insights Analyst and now, four and a half years later, I am a Senior Marketing Data Scientist and co-lead of our LogiPride Employee Resource Group. Logitech has supported my growth in many significant ways, not just in the form of promotions. From career coaching, to supporting me while I pursue higher education outside of work and covering my tuition for both an MBA and a Master's in AI Software Engineering, to getting to interview celebrities for LogiTalks and presenting to the CEO and the entire executive leadership team, I can assure you that, at Logitech, no role is too small and no career ambition is too big. We are so happy to have you!"
Gregory Franc De Ferriere
At Logitech, small teams drive big impact—through innovation, collaboration, and a shared mission to improve lives.
"Since joining Logitech in May 2013 as a Product Manager for PC Speakers, I’ve enjoyed a dynamic and rewarding career. I contributed to innovation in the B2C business, including launching Logitech’s first Gaming Speaker, G560, and later spearheaded the growth of our B2B Headsets division, focusing on wired and wireless products and certifications with Zoom, Teams, and Google. Logitech’s collaborative culture fosters teamwork, challenges assumptions, and celebrates ownership — enabling small teams to create impactful products that serve diverse needs, including those of people with disabilities. A highlight has been witnessing ideas grow into market successes, fueled by the company’s commitment to Diversity and Inclusion. Key lessons I’ve learned include the importance of meaningful innovation by addressing customer pain points. To thrive here, I advise newcomers to network, set ambitious goals, and embrace opportunities to improve lives. This mission, along with constant industry challenges, keeps me inspired every day."

At Logitech, authentic people and a supportive culture empower you to grow, belong, and make meaningful impact.
"For me, what truly makes Logitech unique is undoubtedly the people. There's a genuine authenticity that shines through in every interaction, whether we're brainstorming new ideas or simply sharing a coffee. I deeply appreciate the thoughtfulness and openness here, where everyone is dedicated to both excellent work and lifting each other up. I'm also really proud to be part of supportive communities like LogiCares, LogiAsians, and LogiWomen. This culture doesn't just support growth; it actively fosters it. I've learned to be more proactive and purpose-driven, both professionally and personally, and am encouraged to challenge the norm and embrace the discomfort that often precedes growth. One valuable lesson I've learned here is that impact often comes from intentionality and authenticity, while appreciating the beauty in the details. For anyone starting at Logitech, my advice would be to stay curious, ask questions, find your people, and bring your whole self to the table – this is a place that truly values your perspective. What keeps me motivated is knowing I'm part of something meaningful, whether it's our focus on sustainability or creating tools that empower others, all done with people who genuinely care. Seeing the impact of programs like LogiCares and LogiInterns, which spotlight our people and the support this company provides, is incredibly inspiring."

Logitech’s support for growth and open communication has guided my journey from intern to Google admin over 11+ years.
"During my 11+ years at Logitech, I've appreciated the welcoming atmosphere that supported my career progression from a cybersecurity intern to a Google admin. Starting as a storage admin after my internship due to team needs, I later rejoined security as an engineer before moving into my current role when the previous Google admin had left. Logitech's dedication to talent development has been a key factor in my long tenure. The company's encouragement of growth allowed me, starting with fundamental knowledge, to evolve and undertake significant responsibilities, which I consider invaluable. My time here has also underscored the importance of open communication. Voicing both positive and negative opinions is not only encouraged but also seen as vital for development within the company culture."
Emma Corbett
From Amazon Specialist to UK Marketing Manager, my Logitech journey has been shaped by community, inclusion, and endless growth opportunities.
"Having joined Logitech in August 2021 as the UK Amazon marketing specialist for Personal Workspace (PW), my career has since evolved to encompass both the PW and gaming portfolios. After a year focusing on PW on UK Amazon, my passion for gaming led to a transition into that side of the business. Following two fulfilling years, I embraced my current role as the UK Marketing Manager for Console and Simulation. What truly sets Logitech apart for me is its strong sense of community within a large company, fostering involvement through Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), volunteering, and celebrating the global efforts of its people. This culture significantly influenced my growth, notably through the opportunity to launch Logitech's first ERG for people with disabilities, LogiForAll, born from the immense support I received after disclosing my own disability. A standout experience that highlights Logitech's special character was Logi Play!, a successful UK in-person event driven by the gaming marketing team's hard work and the remarkable teamwork displayed by everyone involved. One valuable lesson I've learned here is the importance of celebrating small wins, as even brief recognition can greatly motivate individuals. For those starting their Logitech journey, I advise embodying the Logi Values, which will contribute to both professional success and personal growth. My continued motivation stems from the constant opportunities for learning and development that Logitech provides."
Aaron Standridge
After nearly 30 years at Logitech, what keeps me going is the culture of ownership, teamwork, and the joy of solving meaningful challenges together.
"I joined Connectix (now Logitech) in 1995 as a software engineer on one of the first PC webcams. Over nearly 30 years, my career has evolved from pioneering webcam services to leading teams building security-camera apps, gaming accessories, and now AI-driven webcam effects—collaborating across R&D, product, and partner organizations. What makes Logitech unique is its culture of ownership—everyone is encouraged to step up, take initiative, and make things happen. What I enjoy most is the sense of community—you don’t just ship code, you build products alongside people who become lifelong mentors and friends. I still recall late-night whiteboard sessions with Skype engineers to crack tricky video-encoder challenges—an experience that exemplified our collaborative spirit and taught me how powerful teamwork and creative problem-solving can be. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that breaking an overwhelming challenge into bite-sized steps makes what seems impossible possible. My advice to new hires: be proactive, build strong relationships, and ask bold questions—don’t wait for permission. What keeps me motivated is tackling new challenges with passionate teams and knowing our work directly impacts people’s daily lives. Nearly 30 years in at Logitech, “playing code” still feels like the greatest game—and I’m not ready to stop."
Sarita Razulsad
Joined in 2008, now leading a global creative team that inspires me daily.
"My journey at Logitech commenced in 2008 as a Launch PM, focusing on the UE acquisition. Since that time, I have embraced a variety of Product Management roles, including Engineering PL for L4B, Design PM overseeing packaging across all Business Groups, and Marketing PM for seeds and pilot programs. In 2017, I returned to Design, where I progressed from a Gaming DPM to managing Gaming DPMs, then Global DPMs, Asset Management, Creative PMs, and now Creative Producers. Leading a global team of talented individuals today is an incredible privilege, and their passion and collaborative spirit serve as my daily inspiration. They are my core motivation and the driving force behind my commitment to excellence in all endeavors. Logitech's unique strength lies in its ability to foster connections among people, nurturing meaningful relationships and inspiring both personal and professional development. This culture deeply resonates with my leadership values of empathy, connection, and trust. My time at Logitech has instilled in me the habit of reflecting on each interaction, prompting the question: "Did I leave someone feeling more valued, supported, or uplifted?" This reflection shapes my leadership approach and embodies the empowering and supportive environment that Logitech cultivates for everyone to flourish. Witnessing the remarkable growth of the Business Groups and the C&D organization from their initial stages into global powerhouses has been a truly incredible privilege and a potent reminder of the possibilities that arise from trust and shared purpose. A particularly cherished personal milestone was the invitation to dine with the board—an unforgettable honor that I will always hold dear. For those new to the Logitech team, I extend a warm welcome to what I believe will be an amazing journey. My advice is to fully embrace the culture, maintain a curious mindset, and actively seek out every opportunity for learning and growth. Take time to consider the impact you wish to make by asking yourself, "What mark do I want to leave here?" Above all, prioritize nurturing relationships, as they are the very essence of Logitech's success and will significantly enrich your experience here. My daily motivation stems from the opportunity to create meaningful impact within a company genuinely dedicated to ethical practices, both for its people and the planet. Reflecting on my journey fills me with profound gratitude for the lessons learned, the individuals I've encountered, and the opportunities I've been afforded. It is truly humbling to be part of a team that passionately collaborates as ONE Logitech, and I eagerly anticipate witnessing each of you thrive in your roles and experience your own unique journeys here."

From Designer to Head of Design – A Journey of Purpose at Logitech
"I joined Logitech back in 2017 as a Senior Industrial Designer on Jaybird. Since then, my career has transitioned into the role of Industrial Design Lead for Ultimate Ears, later becoming the Head of Design for Mobility and Education. Today, I’m proud to serve as the Head of Design for Verticals under Logitech for Business, leading an incredible multidisciplinary design team. Together, we develop solutions for Education, Healthcare, and Government—each area with the potential to make a meaningful impact. Over the past eight years, Logitech has provided me with incredible opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally. Without a doubt, my proudest achievement has been helping build the Education business from the ground up. I’ve had the privilege of transforming insights into meaningful solutions for students and educators, watching this initiative grow into one of Logitech’s fastest-growing businesses. It’s deeply fulfilling to see how our work not only drives business success but also makes a tangible difference in people’s lives. What’s kept me at Logitech for nearly a decade is its unique combination of purpose, people, and opportunities. The work we do has such a positive impact on society, and being part of an organization that truly values innovation and collaboration is inspiring. I’ve learned so much from the thoughtful, humble leaders and teammates I’ve had the privilege of working with. They’ve shown me what it means to approach challenges with curiosity, care deeply about the work we do, and strive for excellence as a team. My advice to anyone starting out at Logitech is to focus on building strong relationships and nurturing a positive, collaborative mindset. They’re at the core of what makes Logitech such an inspiring place to build a career. When you approach every challenge as a team and genuinely invest in the people around you, you’ll not only thrive professionally but also feel a deep sense of purpose in what you do."

From Intern to Movement Leader – Growing Boldly at Logitech
"I joined Logitech in early 2020, right when COVID started. I was a Product Management Intern for the MX Business, working on product testing, and I was part of a small startup within MX looking at the future of interactions. It was an uncertain and scary period, but looking back, I think Logitech was the place to be. The infrastructure was ready for us to work from home, the company supported us and cared for our mental health, and more so, my team was exceptional. The great thing about Logitech is that you can create your own path. If you pay attention, many opportunities will come your way for you to learn new things, try different projects, and expand your skills. I am now doing portfolio management, still for MX, and I also lead the #WomenWhoMaster movement, which is now a multiple-award-winning movement. Our mission is to ignite an industry movement to address the gender gap in STEM. I've learned that you must be bold, take space, and speak up for yourself. Nothing is ever given; if you want something to advance your career, make a move. Your work shows your skills and talent, but if you don't promote it, people aren't aware. Make a move. "
